If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to sainishivam52@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Since we process and ship exactly what you order, replacements or modifications are not applicable once the order is confirmed.

Refund Policy
If your order has already been paid for, the refund will be processed in the same mode of payment within 7 working days from the date of cancellation (as per bank/payment gateway norms).

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can easily cancel your order if it was placed by mistake. Just email us within the first 4 hours.

What if I want to cancel after 4 hours?
Don’t worry—we may still be able to help. We provide up to a 12-hour window before the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Important Note:
Orders for personalized items (such as custom photos or designs) cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
