What Qualifies for a Replacement?

We’re happy to offer a replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: Item does not match your order (wrong model/design)

  • Fitting Issues: Product does not fit your phone due to size/model mismatch

  • Damaged or Defective Product: Item arrives damaged or has a defect

Note:
If you have placed an order for the wrong phone model, we may not be able to process a replacement. However, you can still contact our support teamβ€”we’ll try our best to assist you.


Easy Replacement Process

We’ve made the process simple and customer-friendly:

  • Contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order

  • Reach out via email or WhatsApp

  • Share images/videos showing the issue (an unboxing video is highly recommended)

Once verified, we will process your replacement without requiring a return in most cases.


Fast Replacement Delivery

  • After approval, your replacement will be delivered within 7 business days

  • You can choose the same product or another product of equal value

  • If replacement is not possible, we may offer a discount coupon or voucher for future purchases

Note:
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, but we ensure quick and efficient replacements.


Replacement Conditions

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings are not covered

  • Issues due to misunderstanding product description are not eligible

  • Customized products (photo/design cases) are not eligible for replacement

Custom Orders (COD):
A partial payment of β‚Ή100Β is required to confirm your order. This amount is non-refundable if the order is declined at delivery.
