Refund & Exchange Policy – Infinicart

At Infinicart, we have designed a simple and hassle-free Refund & Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers 😊


Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery if you face any of the following issues:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The product differs in material or quality from what is described

  • The product is of the wrong size/model or does not fit your phone

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • The product must be accompanied by the invoice

  • Customized products (custom photos/designs) are not eligible for exchange or return

  • The exchanged product will be delivered within 7 working days


Important Notices

1. Color Variation:
Due to differences in screen settings (brightness/contrast), slight color variations may occur. Exchanges will not be provided for minor color differences.

2. Product Expectations:
Please review all product images (top, bottom, and side views) before purchasing. Exchanges will not be accepted based on unmet visual expectations. Our cases are designed to provide full protection with raised edges for safety.


Refund Policy

  • You can request a refund by emailing us within 2–4 hours of placing the order if it was placed by mistake or if you selected the wrong product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be provided for delivered orders. However, you can request an exchange if eligible.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately via email

  • Share images/videos (parcel opening video recommended)

  • We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized products (photo/design cases, keychains, etc.)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchange Process

If you receive a wrong or defective product:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  2. Share details and images/videos of the issue

  3. We will arrange a pickup from your address

  4. Once received, we will assist you with:

    • Replacement of the same product, or

    • Purchase of another product of equal value

If you choose a higher-value product, you can pay the difference (we may provide a coupon for convenience).

Note:
If pickup is not available in your area:

  • You may need to ship the product to us

  • Courier charges up to β‚Ή100 will be reimbursed


Refunds (Post Inspection)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
